Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion – Ministers are called to help the celebrant of the mass distribute the body and blood of Jesus. These ministers are at the center of the Church’s life. The celebration of the Eucharist on the Lord’s Day is our most important activity. Ministers must be in full communion with the Church, must be EIM compliant, must have or have access to an email address, and must have received instruction and guidelines regarding distribution of communion at our parish. At times they may be called on to bring communion to Catholics at our nursing homes and/or to their homes.
